Chapati Man, the London based Spicy Indian Wrap festival and event catering business, created by husband and wife team Chris and Andrea Rai in 2007 recently sold the Chapati Man Master Franchise rights for the State of New York. The official launch date for the first Manhattan unit is 25th October 2019.
Chapati Man NY, headed by Tejas Vemparala from The Chaat is Safe Inc., will be launching Chapati Man food carts across the Big Apple and the State of New York. Chapati Man fixed food-to-go sites in the heart of Manhattan will follow very soon.
With strong Indian elephant visual branding, the authentic Indian, curry based wrap fillings with salad and cooling yoghurt dressing, make a super-tasty, healthy and satisfying food-to-go choice. A dozen years of consistent UK success bodes well for a booming NYC opening.
